Call Recordings

Calls to our AI receptionist are recorded. Callers are notified at the start of each call. Recordings are stored securely and used only for service delivery, quality assurance, and training. We do not sell or share recordings with third parties.

We use industry-standard encryption and secure infrastructure (Cloudflare, IONOS, Google Workspace) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers including Google (Calendar, Gmail), IONOS (AI voice infrastructure), Cloudflare (hosting), and Stripe (payments). Each has their own privacy policies.
